Some EXERCISES and TIPS to maximize the power of the mind:

1. Read frequently:

Reading is to the mind as running is to the body.  Improve your health and performance (and not just school or knowledge but much more than that).  Whether it's to increase your knowledge or have better critical thinking, reading can help you achieve many results.

2. Mind Games:

They may seem trivial to you, but mind twisters, crossword puzzles, and brain teasers can sharpen the mind and make it stronger.  In addition to being a source of entertainment.

3. Calm the chaos and anger that may exist in your mind.

Investing time in meditation or practicing some other relaxation method may be the best plan to achieve that goal.

4. Often practice mindful breathing exercises.

THE NOSE.- CONSCIOUS BREATHING.
It has a right side and a left side;  We use both to inspire and expire.  They are actually different: the right represents the sun and the left the moon.
During a headache, try to close the right nostril and use the left to breathe.  After about five minutes, the headache should go away.
If you feel tired, do the opposite: close the left nostril and breathe on the right.  In a moment your mind will feel relieved.
The right side belongs to "heat" (The Sun), so it heats up quickly, the left side is "cold" (The Moon)
Most women breathe with the left side of the nose.
Most men breathe through the right nostril.
Pay attention, when you wake up, which side do you breathe best, on the right or on the left?  If it is on the left you will feel tired.
Then close the left nostril and use the right nostril to breathe, you will feel relieved quickly.
This can and should be taught to children and is very effective in adults.
CONSCIOUS BREATHING.
“The body becomes strong and healthy;  excess fat disappears, the face glows, the eyes sparkle and a particular charm emerges from the whole personality.  The voice becomes sweet and melodious.  Appetite is no longer a prey to disease.  Digestion is done easily.  .  The whole body is purified, the spirit is easily concentrated.
Constant practice awakens latent spiritual forces, brings joy and peace. "

When the mind is calm, you can be more effective.  It's as simple as that.

Do not underestimate your small steps, your mind can become a great ally, you just have to work with it for a while each day.
